Spring Term 2026
Year 3 to Year 6 - 3D Design & Printing
“Flat is boring - Let’s bring things to life in 3D!”
In this term’s exciting club, children step into the world of 3D design using professional CAD (Computer Aided Design) software to create their own digital models — from imaginative inventions to real-world objects.
Our Coders will learn about the core concepts of utilising CAD, how 3D Printers work, and the benefits and challenges of technology that is increasingly transforming industries from fashion to high tech.
With a focus on problem solving, creativity, and computational thinking, children will take on weekly design challenges and work towards creating their own small custom object to be printed on our 3D printers by the end of term.

* For the Spring Term, we are running just a lunchtime club for all of KS2. We hope to return to an after-school club for Year 5/6 in the Summer Term.
